STERLINGWORK.
“Sterlingwork” is a trust. The trust was originally set up
in 2000 to hold money outside the BNP.
At that time it was stated that: “The object of the trust was to look
after monies collected to finance leaflets, campaigns and candidates with the
following principal objectives:
1. Withdrawal from the EU (= Common Market = EEC etc).
2. Immediate stop to the invasion of our country under the guise of
immigration, asylum and so on.
3. Maintenance of the Union of England, Scotland, Wales and Northern
Ireland – The United Kingdom.
In 2000 there was
already concern that the BNP was no longer keeping to its founding principles,
consequently it was stated that: “Sterlingwork supports the British National
Party, providing the British National Party continues with the above
objectives, and is properly run.”
Since 2000 conditions have changed. In particular, the BNP has moved
further away from being a national party and the Political Parties, Elections
and Referendums Act has become law.
Consequently, it is now proposed that “The principal object of
Sterlingwork should be to
create the conditions for the formation of a single moderate National Party in
the United Kingdom.” A party that is properly organised, with a proper
recognised constitution, and that has fixed fundamental political principles.
It is hoped that the basis of this party will be a reformed BNP.
Currently there are three trustees: one in the south, one in the midlands and one in the north.
